Practice Practice Practice!

During my winter break, me and couple friends from school decided to do a 30 minute figure drawing everyday and also a 30 minute speed painting. Then once we finish we critique one another, give advice, or even show some handy tutorials to look at.  Here is my improvement from the past week. 

I still need to practice a lot!  For right now I must draw 100,000 faces, 100,000 hands, and work on my speed paintings >.<  Hope I improve a lot before the next quarter starts.
